Meet our Vision Therapists!

We are excited to announce that we now have TWO full time Vision Therapists here at OPMT! We will be now offering Vision Therapy five days a week at our Nashville office.  This is an exciting opportunity because it opens up the schedule to see more patients each week and have more available time slots for our patients.  Having two vision therapists also means that we will have more sessions available after school, which as we know, are very popular times!

Meet our Therapists

Emily:

Emily is a native of Ohio. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Hearing, Speech and Language Sciences from Ohio University. With a strong passion for helping children she has been a Vision Therapist for almost 4 years now. She loves seeing how Vision Therapy can change a person’s life. Emily currently resides in Nashville with her husband, daughter and dog.

Amy:

Originally from New Jersey, Amy is a certified Vision Therapist who obtained her certification from COVT in April, 2016.  She graduated from Hartwick College where she studied Psychology and Spanish.  Aside from Vision Therapy, Amy spends her time training horses and teaching riding lessons on weekends.  She has a strong need for helping others and enjoys the uniqueness that each patient brings to the table.
