Dr. Richard D. Durocher – Optometrist in Lafayette
Dr. Durocher specializes in vision rehabilitation, including low vision and vision therapy services. He is a board certified optometric physician who has also worked extensively in myopia management using Ortho-K therapy. Over the course of his two decades in the field of optometry, he has involved himself in the latest clinical research, pioneering exciting new advancements in our industry and bringing them to our practice in Lafayette.
Dr. Derek S. Peveler – Lafayette TN Optometrist
Dr. Peveler is able to meet a wide array of specific patient needs. His specialties range from primary eye care to pediatric, geriatric, and ocular disease management. He studied under a renowned contact lens specialist during medical school, and now puts unique experience to use during contact lens fittings. In addition to seeing patients at our Lafayette office, Dr. Peveler offers his clinical expertise at non-profit clinics and school vision screenings.

We are located at 2684 Highway 52 W, Lafayette, TN 37083.
When coming from the east, or Red Boiling Springs, head west on Hwy 52 E/ Lafayette Rd. After you pass Manantial Mexican Restaurant on your right, continue for 11 miles, then pass Tractor Supply Co on your left. In 1.7 miles more, pass Macon County Veterinary Hospital on your right: we’ll be just after it on your right!
When coming from the west, or Westmoreland, head east on Austin Peay Hwy. After you pass Cathy’s Country Cupboard on the left, continue for 0.2 miles, then take a right onto US-231 S/US-31E S. Travel southeast for 0.3 miles, then pass Dollar General on your right. In another 500 feet, make a left onto Hwy 52 W. In 10.6 miles, we’ll be on your left!
