Paid Holidays
We have eight paid holidays to let you kick back and relax with your loved ones. These include New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, two days off for Thanksgiving, and two days off for Christmas.
Vacation
OPMT Vision Centers knows the importance of a healthy work-life balance, which is why we offer paid time off (PTO) to our employees. In your first year with us, you’ll be awarded 40 hours of PTO, and that amount doubles to 80 hours after your second year on the team!
Professional Development
As part of our dedication to constant employee growth, we reimburse the following licensures: ABO-American Board of Opticianry, NCLE-National Contact Lens Examiners, and a paraoptometric certification. We also sponsor continuing education efforts in billing & coding, optical, doctor’s assistant, administrative, and leadership development.
Bonus Program
Our practice offers the unique opportunity to earn some extra income with our bonus programs. The Employee of the Month program offers a $250 bonus for the month, and our Employee of the Year program offers a $1,000 bonus for the year.
